RADIATION HEALTH AND SAFETY EXAM - PREP COURSE**

This “theory-only” course has been specifically designed to provide dental assistants, with AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF CHAIRSIDE EXPERIENCE, with an opportunity to learn theoretical concepts of Radiography necessary to prepare for the State mandated RHS Exam.

The course meets for five weeks, 3.5 hours per week and requires the commitment of the applicant to:

   Attend every class

   Complete weekly assignments

   Review/Study lecture notes between classes

   Utilize a textbook

Individuals who have LIMITED experience and background information may find this course is NOT worthwhile for them at this point in their career. Click on the “presequisites” button to the left of this page for additional details.
